Last week, Gunplay turned himself in to the Miami-Dade Police Department on a May warrant stemming from a robbery. Today, NBC Miami is reporting that the MMG rapper has been released on $150,000 bond and house arrest. He still faces charges of aggravated assault with a firearm and armed robbery with a firearm. His attorney Michael Grieco had the following to say:
“The state did not prove that Mr. Morales was a flight risk or a threat to the community. He should be home with his family shortly. This is first step in clearing his name so he can continue his emerging music career.”
